REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Edward Njoroge Wachiuri, (2) Daniel Kimuhu Wangombe and (3) Samuel Ochola Oyugi, as trustees for Githurai 44 Self –help Group, of P.O. Box 27, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors lessees of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 10823/59, situate in the Thika Municipality in Thika District, by THE KENYA GAZETTE 10th February, 2012 310 310 virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 80585/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
