APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an Extension Order dated 21st October, 2009, I, appointed Mr. Daniel Nguti, Senior Co-operative Auditor, of P.O. Box 3495—00100, Nairobi to be liquidator of Panastaff Sacco Society Limited (in liquidation) CS/2302, for a period not exceeding one year and whereas the said Daniel Nguti, Senior Co-operative Auditor has not been able to complete the liquidation; Now therefore, I extend the period of the liquidation with effect from 22nd October, 2011, for another period not exceeding one year for the said Mr. Daniel Nguti, Senior Co-operative Auditor, to act as liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative Society.
