APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an Extension Order dated 16th December, 2010, I, re-appointed Mr. Luke Omwansa—Chief Co-operative Officer of P.O. Box 49768, Nairobi and Fred Sitati—Çhief Co-operative Officer, to be liquidator of Kenya National Federation of Co-operatives Limited (in liquidation) CS/1068, for a period not exceeding one year and whereas the said Mr. Luke Omwansa—Chief Co-operative Officer of P.O. Box 49768, Nairobi and Fred Sitati—Çhief Co-operative Officer have not been able to complete the liquidation; Now therefore, I extend the period of the liquidation with effect from 16th December, 2011, for another period not exceeding one year for the said Mr. Luke Omwansa—Chief Co-operative Officer and Fred Sitati—Çhief Co-operative Officer, to act as liquidators in the matter of the said Co-operative Society.
