IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 of the National Flag, Emblems and Names Act, the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security grants permission to NIKE International Limited to manufacture apparel, footwear, headgear, bags and accessories that will be worn by the members of the Kenya Olympic team, and also sold to members of the general public, that bear the Kenya Flag and its adaptation.
