NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 11th July, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 274, in Volume B-13, Folio 978/5208, File No. 1637, by our client, Abdirahman Sheikh Omar, of P.O. Box 125, Mariakani in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Adan Abdikaoir Abdinasir, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Adan Abdikaoir Abdinasir, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdirahman Sheikh Omar, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdirahman Sheikh Omar only.
