NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th July, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 706, in Volume DI, Folio 155/2665, File No. MMXII, by our client, James Kiarie, of P.O. Box 1295–00606, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as James Kiarie Kungu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name James Kiarie Kungu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name James Kiarie, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name James Kiarie only.
