NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 11th April, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2033, in Volume DI, Folio 99/1649, File No. MMXII, by our client, Joseph Siza Shiyonzo, of P.O. Box 574–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Agostine Tom Shiyonzo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Agostine Tom Shiyonzo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name, Joseph Siza Shiyonzo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name, Joseph Siza Shiyonzo, only.
