NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th May, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1, in Volume DI, Folio 102/1721, File No. MMXII, by our client, William Senteu Kisotu, of P.O. Box 54831–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Wilson Mwangi Kisotu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Wilson Mwangi Kisotu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name William Senteu Kisotu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name William Senteu Kisotu only.
