NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of Disposal of uncollected Goods Act (Cap 38) Laws of Kenya. Simlaw Seeds Company Limited & Alex Njeru -VS- Save Drive Auto Services, motor vehicle KAW 031A Toyota saloon blue in colour . to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, Upon payment of all storage charges and as invoiced. Failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold through Public Auction by Auckland Agencies or private treaty without further notice and proceeds therefrom will be utilized to defray storage charges and any other incidental cost and any shortfall will be collected from the owner of the vehicle by legal proceeding.
