ACT

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of Range Rover motor vehicle reg. No. KAN 800C, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle from the premises of Sugarland Agencies, Rongo, Homa Bay, off Rodi Road in Rongo Township, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all the outstanding storage charges per night as from 9th June, 2010, to date and recovery charges including the cost of publishing this notice failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of sale shall be defrayed, against any accrued storage charges and the balance, if any, shall remain at the owners credit, but should there be a shortfall, the owner shall be liable thereof.
