CAUSE NO. 773 OF 2012 By (1) Benson Mwinzi Kinama and (2) Jethrol Kasyoka Mwinzi, both of P.O. Box 60–00204, Athi River in Kenya, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gedion Mwinzi Kinama, late of Kathiani, who died at Nairobi Equator Hospital in Kenya, on 17th July, 2003.
