REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Sikot Okoth (deceased) is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kabondo/Kakangutu/ 755 containing 2.4 hectares or thereabout ,situate in the district of Rachuonyo, and whereas the land title deed issued to him has been reported missing or lost and whereas the grants and transmission documents vide succession cause no. 116 of 2010 at sub-court in Oyugis are ready for registration and whereas efforts to trace the said land title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instrument of RL.19 and RL.7 provided that the earlier title deed will not have been found within the stipulated period.
