REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wanjiru Thotho (deceased) is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kabete/Karura 443 containing 8.9 acres or thereabout ,situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the chief magistrates court at Kiambu in succession cause no. 71 of 1991, has issued grant of letters of administration to Nellie Gathoni Thotho, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Wanjiru Thotho (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instrument of RL.19 and RL.7 and THE KENYA GAZETTE 17th August, 2012 2982 2982 issue land title deed to the said Nellie Gathoni Thotho and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wanjiru Thotho (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
