WHEREAS (1) Charles Mwangi D. Kinyua and (2) Ann Wangari Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 75761, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of all that piece of land situate in the city of Nairobi, containing 0.10 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Dagoretti/Riruta/5474, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
