REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Shamshudeen Salehmohamed Aboo, (2) Shaukatali Saleh Mohamed Aboo and (3) Abdulmalik Salehmohamed Aboo (as tenants in common in equal shares), all of P.O. Box 83313, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as subdivision No. MN/111/22, within Mombasa Municipality in Kilifi District, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 14411, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
