NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th June, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 908, in Volume DI, Folio 163/2769, File No. MMXII, by our client, Regina Gathoni Mwatha, of P.O. Box 60874– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Regina Gathoni Mwatha Karega, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Regina Gathoni Mwatha Karega, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Regina Gathoni Mwatha, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Regina Gathoni Mwatha only.
