NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner(s) of personal items/belongings, Joseph Ndungu Muya, to take delivery of the same from Kamwandu House, Prison Road, Naivasha, L.R. No. 1144/553, within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges upto the date of taking delivery and costs of advertising, failure to collect the same, the said items/belongs will be sold without further reference to the owner) by public auction or private treaty, the proceeds from which shall be defrayed against all costs and surplus, if any, paid to the owner on demand, whereas shortfall, if any, will be claimed from the owner by proceedings from recovery thereof.
