Box 3107-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kipkering Chepkwony alias Stephen Chepkwony Kipkering, who died at Merewet, on 20th January, 2012. CAUSE NO. 208 OF 2012 By (1) Patel Milankumar Dineshbai and (2) Swatiben Jaymin Kumar Patel, both of P.O. CAUSE NO. 209 OF 2012 By (1) Jesse Njoroge Githembe, (2) Monicah Wanjiku Njoroge and (3) Rachael Nyambura Njoroge, all of P.O. Box 4224, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased‘s son and daughters, respectively, through Messrs. Kimaru Kiplagat & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Njoroge Githembe, late of Road Block, who died at District Hospital, Eldoret in Kenya, on 8th September, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
