REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kiptoo Mugun, of P.O. Box 428, Kapsabet in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nandi/Kaptel/1006, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the senior resident magistrate‘s court at Kapsabet, in LDT No. 24 of 2002, has issued a decree in favor of Robert Limo, and whereas efforts made to compel Kiptoo Mugun to surrender the title deed that was issued to him in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Robert Limo, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Kiptoo Mugun, shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
