WHEREAS William Koech Cheratum (ID/6574437), of P.O. Box 5684, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in lesehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.0294 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, registered under title No. Eldoret/Municipality Block 9/1436, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the (land register)/white card issued thereof has been lost and efforts to made to locate the said land register (White card) have failed, notice is hereby given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening, the said missing land register shall be to be deemed and of no effect.
