REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mohamed Khier Gobara Khieder and (2) Fatma Hashim Elnaqieb Elshiekh, both of P.O. Box 38823, Nairobi, are the registered proprietors lessees of that house No. 10, erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 7158/36, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 80479/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
