ACT

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the Laws of Kenya, to the owner of the following vehicles: Reg. Nos. KSL 958 Ford and KAL 605N Toyota Corolla AE100, to take delivery of the said vehicles within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice from the premises of Kims Bimmer Motor Works situated at Land Mawe Estate, off Factory Street, near Unga Limited, Nairobi, upon payment of all outstanding repairs, storage and related charges, failure to which the said motor vehicles will be sold either by public auction or private treaty, without further notice, and the proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
