THE KENYA INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS ACT

REVOCATION

NOTICE is given for the general information of the public that the licence granted to the following entity shall be revoked by the Communications Commission of Kenya upon expiry of seven (7) days from the date of this notice. The reason for the proposed revocation of the licences is that the companies have requested the Commission to cancel the licences. Name and Address Licence Category Trunking Systems Limited, P.O. Box 10286–00100, Nairobi Data carrier network operator Internet Africa Limited, P.O. Box 39519–00200, Nairobi Data carrier network operator MIS Solution Limited, P.O. Box 8163– 00200, Nairobi Content service provider The said entities shall therefore cease to transact any business related to the said licences upon expiry of the notice period mentioned hereinabove.
