GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1076

WHEREAS Reuben Oyondi Onserio, of P.O. Box 12, Kisii in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land containing 9.0 hetares or thereabout, known as South Mugirango/244, situate in the district of Ogembo, and whereas the principal magistrate‘s court at Ogembo under miscellaneous application No. 1 of 2011, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Reuben Oyondi Onserio (ID/6559165), and whereas efforts made to recover the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said certificate of grant of letters of administration to the said Reuben Oyondi Onserio, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Joseph Oginga Onyoni, (2) Nyasimi Nyasimi and (3) Kenyatta Nyasimi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
