IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (e) of the State Corporations Act, the Minister for Energy appoints— Patience K. Nyaoga Esther Nkata M’Ithiria Jaafar Mohammed Sheikh Karuru Mwaura Elizabeth Wanjiku Maina to be members of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Electricity Transmission Company, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 10th February, 2012.
