Box 90031–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Faith Grace Wairimu Irungu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former names Faith Grace Wairimu Irungu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Grace Wairimu Irungu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Grace Wairimu Irungu only.
