ACT

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Unollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the following motor vehicles— KAJ 277E Daewoo Cielo KAN 823S Nissan 27 KAT 176L Nissan 27 KSV 028 Volvo GL KAW 132A Toyota Daina KAL 638N Nissan 27 KAY 067J Nissan B15 KBA 165S Toyota Caldina to take delivery of the said vehicles from Messrs. Neo Makupa Garage, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage, repair costs and any other incidental charges plus the cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the said vehicles will be disposed off either by public auction or private treaty without reference to the owners in order to defray the storage, repair costs and other related charges in accordance with this Act.
