GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5501

WHEREAS Kishil ole Nkoisayen (deceased ), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kajiado/Kaputie-Central/631, containing 65.22 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the senior resident magistrate court at Kajiado in succession cause No. 12 of 2008, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Rose Joel Nkuish and (2) Moses Nkatamboi Kishil, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier the said Kishil ole Nkoisayen (deceased ), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument and RL 19 and RL 7 issue a land title deed to the said and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kishil ole Nkoisayen (deceased ), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
