GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5493

WHEREAS Nganga Thauri ( deceased ), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Ruiru East/Juja EastU Block 2/1720, containing 1.3 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, in succession cause no. 130 of 2006, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Stephen Muguro Nganga and (2) Mark Kagiri Nganga, and whereas THE KENYA GAZETTE 27th April, 2012 1368 1368 the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Nganga Thauri has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument and RL 19 and RL 7 issue a land title deed to the said (1) Stephen Muguro Nganga and (2) Mark Kagiri Nganga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nganga Thauri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
