WHEREAS Ray Street Properties Limited, of P.O. Box 82297– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. subdivision No. 162/III/MN, situate within Mombasa Municipality, by virtue of a lease registered as C.R. 35915/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
