WHEREAS (1) Leonard David Hudson and (2) Margaret Elaine Hudson, both of P.O. Box 439-00606, Nairobi are registered as proprietors lessees of that maisonette No.4 erected on piece of land known as L.R No. 1870/VI/206, situate at Nairobi Area by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 89935/1, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said Lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof I shall issue a provisional certificate of Title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
