NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 1st August, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1580, in Volume D1 Folio 198/3277, File No. MMXII, by our client, Joe Onyango Omollo, of P.O. Box 244, Ahero in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Joe Amadi Asembo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former names Joe Amadi Asembo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Joe Onyango Omollo, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Joe Onyango Omollo only.
