NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st August, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 105, in Volume DI, Folio 177/2947, File No. MMXII, by our client, Esther Gathoni Mwangi, of P.O. Box 30656– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Celine Favour Maina, a minor, formerly known as Celine Nduta Maina, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Celine Nduta Maina, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Celine Favour Maina, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Celine Favour Maina only.
