NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th September, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 3171, in Volume DI, Folio 196/3235, File No. MMXII, by our client, Ngome Moses, of P.O. Box 2, Malava in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Moses Kisembe Ngome, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Moses Kisembe Ngome, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ngome Moses, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ngome Moses only.
