NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd August, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 3136, in Volume DI, Folio 171/2876, File No. MMXII, by our client, Kuribachew Getachew Hailu Belay, of P.O. Box 384–00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Derseh Worke Belay, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Derseh Worke Belay, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kuribachew Getachew Hailu Belay, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Kuribachew Getachew Hailu Belay only.
