REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Cherop Taprandich Cheruiyot (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Eldoret municipality/Block 20 (Kapyemit/29, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret, in succession cause no. 244 of 2009, has issued grant of letters of administration to Emily Jepkorir Rono, and whereas all the efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letter to Emily Jepkorir Rono and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Cherop Taprandich Cheruiyot (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
