GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 14422

WHEREAS Edward Owuora Orwa, of Ndhiwa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kanyidoto/Kabura/1099, situate in the district of Homa Bay, and whereas the senior principal magistrate’s court in Homa Bay in civil case No. 24 of 2009, has ordered that the said piece of land be subdivided to Mariko Obonyo Odiemba, of P.O. Box 108, Ndhiwa, and whereas the executive officer of the court executed the subdivision of the said piece of land in favour of Mariko Obonyo Odiemba, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the transfer document, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Edward Owuora Orwa, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
