NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th June, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1266, in Volume DI, Folio 111/1833, File No. MMXII, by our client, Mwalimu Eric Ngara Bwomosa, of P.O. Box 1323, Kisii in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Eric Omosa Onditi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Eric Omosa Onditi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mwalimu Eric Ngara Bwomosa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mwalimu Eric Ngara Bwomosa only.
