NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, from Cheda Bode Cheda, of P.O. Box 62550–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, to Messrs. Ruatech Trading Co. (E.A.) Limited, of P.O. Box 2344–80100, Nairobi, as the hirer and depositor of three container Nos. XINU183565–1, IPXY330644–2, GVDU402053–6, to take delivery of the said goods from the custody of Cheda Bode Cheda, within thirty (30) days from the date hereof upon payment of all outstanding charges plus costs of publishing this notice, failing which the said goods will be sold either by public auction or by private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against any accrued charges and the balance, if any, shall remain at the depositors credit, but should there be a shortfall the depositor shall be liable.
