NOTICE is given under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of following motor vehicles and steering box which have been lying at our premises, CMC Motors Group Limited, to take delivery and remove the said motor vehicles and steering box upon payment of outstanding repair, storage and any other incidental charges plus cost of publishing this notice within thirty days (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, Further notice is given that should they not pay and remove the vehicles and steering box within the time prescribed, CMC Motor Group Limited, will sell or otherwise dispose the same to defray costs incurred without further reference to them.
