PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to Brian Roos of the Republic of Namibia, the registered owner of Aircraft reg. No. 5Y– BVV—Beech 1900, to take deliver thereof lying on the tarmac next to the hangar of ALS Limited, situate on L.R. No. 209/11960, Wilson Airport, Nairobi, upon payment of the sum of US dollars six hundred and eleven thousand nine hundred eighteen and cents eighty two (US$611,918.82) plus accruing outstanding charges, tarmac fees, interest and any incidental costs within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, failure to comply with the notice, the said aircraft above described will be sold without further notice. The proceeds shall be defrayed against all costs, surplus, if any, will be paid to the owners on demand. Shortfalls will be claimed from the owners by proceeding for recovery thereof.
