REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Antony Wainaina Gacheru, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Ruiru East/Juja East Block 2/1376, containing 1.300 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Thika in Misc. case No. 45/2010, has issued order of directing the name of Antony Wainaina Gacheru be cancelled and replaced with that of Keren Njoki Mwangi, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Antony Wainaina Gacheru has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument (court order), and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Antony Wainaina Gacheru, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
