WHEREAS Christina Wambui Kiarie, of P.O. Box 49339, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.1 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the city of Nairobi, registered under title No. Dagoretti/Waithaka/1083, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card has been lost and efforts to trace it have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the white and green cards provided that no objection has been received within that period.
