WHEREAS George Ruhara Wanjohi, of P.O. Box 248, Karatina in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title No. Nyeri/Waraza/442, situate in Nyeri County containing 4.04 hectares or thereabout, and whereas the original register for the said land parcel has been reported lost or missing, and whereas the said registered proprietor has filed an indemnity at Nyeri land registry in respect of the same title, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no valid of rejection has been raised, I shall open another register using details on the said title deed issued thereafter and upon such opening the original register shall be deemed to have been cancelled and of no effect.
