WHEREAS Gapco Kenya Limited, of P.O. Box 40908, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land known as Mombasa/Block XXV/57, within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, held by a certificate of lease containing 0.4762 acre or thereabouts, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
