REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dorcas Aisha Kasandi, administrator of the estate of Freda Musimbi Mudoga (deceased), of P.O. Box 2482, Kakamega in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in leasehold interest of that maisonette No. 23 erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/80/4, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 25729/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
