NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th June, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2343, in Volume DI, Folio 119/1938, File No. MMX, by our client, James Muhinja Kungu, of P.O. Box 74707–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as James Ng‘ang‘a Kungu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name James Ng‘ang‘a Kungu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name James Muhinja Kungu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name James Muhinja Kungu only.
