NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th December, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2086, in Volume DI, Folio 143/2377, File No. MMXII, by our client, Jane Nyaboke Matoke, of P.O. Box 68102– 00200, Nairobi in the Repubic of Kenya, formerly known as Jane Nyaboke Njagi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Jane Nyaboke Njagi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jane Nyaboke Matoke, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Jane Nyaboke Matoke only.
