Notice is issued pursuant to the provisions of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya to Jayant J. Kinyanjui, Punchline Ltd., Sheikh Osman, Sarbjit Singh Rai, Peter Boehm, Japheth Kuteli and Pipeline Ltd., Ramco Industries and Simba Tourist Service, Equatorial Commercial Bank Ltd., Hitech M. Patni, Dr. Everlyn Gaceri Wagaiyu, Kenya Duty Free Complex, National Bank of Kenya Ltd., Petroleum and Industrial Services Ltd., Ramco Industries and Simba Tourist Service, Farroni Stefano, Sukhdev Navranga, owners of vehicles Reg. Nos. KAE 200H, KBA 421N, KAM 899m, KAH 463A, KAX 518V, KAE 108D, KAK 723N, KAD 572N, KAC 337H, KAK 207A, KAL 979B, KAG 897B, KAD 235X, KAG 190J, KAA 015J, KAB 397A, KZX 380, KAM 420J, KAG 082C, KAH 654H, KAE 390P, respectively, which are lying at the premises of Marshalls (East Africa) Limited, of P.O. Box 30366- 00100, Nairobi, to take delivery of the same within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all the outstanding charges for repairs and storage and any other incidental costs incurred, failure to which the said motor vehicles will be sold by public auction or private treaty without any further reference to the owners.
