NOTICE is issued to all clients of the below listed vehicles which have been lying uncollected from our garage to take delivery within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding charges for repair plus storage charges and any other incidental costs including the cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold either by public auction or by private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against any accrued charges and the balance if any shall remain at the owners credit, but should their be a shortfall, the owners shall be liable.
